Beast Mode

In honor of the big Seahawks win yesterday, I decided to do a Seahawks layout.  These photos were from the game against the Panthers last weekend.  I can't believe we are going to the Superbowl again!!!!

Since I didn't have any "official" Seahawks supplies, I had to get a little more creative.  I found a couple of images from the internet that I cut out by hand and added a few football themed words from my October Afternoon supplies. I also added the words Beast Mode to the photo before I printed it.

Digital Album-Summer 2014

I created this digital album for my parents for Christmas this year. I have a new found love of Shutterfly!

Some favorite pages of 2014

Since I don't have any new pages to post yet, I thought I would share of few of my favorite pages from 2014.  My subjects are usually my 23 year old daughter Hailey who amuses me every day with my picture taking; or my nieces and nephews who have not grew tired of me yet.

I have been scrapbooking for quite a few years so I love to try new techniques.  This year I did a lot of hybrid scrapbooking (combining digital and traditional scapbooking).  It really suits my style as I don't like to spend a lot of time on titles but do love to journal.

Mom & Dad's 50th Anniversary Celebration

Mom & Dad's 50th Anniversary Video

Click the link above to view my parents 50th Anniversary Video.  This was a labor of love for me and the first time I have ever created a video.  Every time I watch this I cry.  It was probably more of a gift for me than for them.

Simple Me

Me...create a blog?  Really?  I am a simple person and do not consider myself to be all that interesting.  I'm not a big fan of social media and like to have a certain amount of privacy. One of the items on my bucket list is to be on a scrapbook design team.  To do this you have to be willing to not only share your work with friends and family, but share your work with the outside world.  Creating a blog is the first step in my quest to become part of a design team.
