Easter Morning 2015

I am so lucky that my family knows how important memory keeping is to me.  Even when I am not with them, they make sure that I have photos of those special family events.  Last Easter was one such example.  I received these precious photos of my nephews on Easter morning.  By creating this page I felt that I was somehow part of their day.

Pastel colors and Easter just go together.  The colors in the photos were bolder than I wanted.  I edited them in Photoshop Elements using a photo effect called High Key.  It adds a glow to the photo and softens the colors and background.  It was perfect for the Easter feeling that I was looking for.

Supplies: Digital template: Paislee Press-Minimalist Template, October Afternoon embellishments, white cotton ribbon.

Below is what one of the original photos looked like before the High Key photo effect was added.

  1. What a lovely sweet page - I don't get to see my grandkids on holidays so I depend on photos.
